Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping damage.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns for items showing signs of use, damage, or modification.


Return Scenarios

For non-quality-related returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We will provide the appropriate return address.

For defective or damaged products:

  • We will provide a full refund or free replacement.

  • Return shipping is covered by us, and a prepaid return label will be provided.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, assembled, or modified items

  • Items missing original packaging

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Custom or special order items

  • Orders received more than 30 days ago


Product Inspection Upon Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product at the time of delivery.

  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately.

  • Failure to report damages within 30 days may void eligibility for return or refund.


Natural Material Disclaimer

Many of our products are handmade and incorporate natural materials.

  • Variations in color, surface texture, and slight imperfections are to be expected and are not considered defects.


Special Orders

Special/custom orders are made-to-order and cannot be canceled, changed, or returned once production has started. Please confirm your specifications carefully before placing the order.


Return Process

  1. Review the policy to ensure your item qualifies.

  2. Contact us at info@emolighting.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos if applicable.

  3. We will confirm return eligibility and the refund amount.

  4. For non-defective returns, we will provide a return address; for defective/damaged items, we will issue a prepaid return label.

  5. Return the item in its original packaging.

  6. Provide the return tracking number and shipping details.

  7. We will process your return within 3–6 business days of receipt.

  8. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Refund Information

  • Items must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.

  • If a refund has not been received, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement: Free
  •  Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% restocking fee.

    (This fee covers payment processing and administrative handling costs.)

  • Orders canceled after shipment: 10% restocking fee.

    (Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.)

  • Special or custom orders canceled before shipment: 50% cancellation fee.

    (These items are made to order and production begins immediately upon confirmation.)
